One of the greatest things about internet dating sites is you can get to know someone's personality before you even meet them. You can get all the small talk out of the way, like family, work, hobbies; and then all you have to focus on when you meet is if there is any chemistry there.
One of the worst things about internet dating is the people, because people lie, it's in our nature. So even though it would be a great opportunity to get to know someone without love getting in the way, we ruin it by embellishing or flat out lying to make ourselves sound better.
As much as I knock internet dating sites, I'm still a part of them, because I always hold out that hope for someone to be truthful with me and themselves. Anyone up to it?
