honey, I so understand where you are coming from. I have quit smoking and I have also given birth without any pain medication and if I had to do one over again it would be give birth!!

What worked best for me was my husband at the time didn't smoke and no one bitched at me to quit. Had people been telling me to I would probably still smoke today. I absolutely had to give up coffee and avoid bars. I turned to alternative medicine. I took homeopathy to aid in quitting smoking I found it took the edge off I also used essential oils.

Try consulting with a Aromatherapist or Homeopath This is what worked for me it was 9 years as of last Feb. I had smoked for 8 yrs so I have been smoke free longer now than I had smoked but to be totally honest if you get me drunk enough I will still drag on someones cigarette. Have you considered Hypnotherapy? Some people have had success with it. Good luck Very Happy

After smoking for 10 years.

I can only suggest that you change habits, find a new interest, join a gym or find a new hobbies.

Plus, you might want to avoid friends that light up in front of you because you will feel guilty.

But, if they are supportive or so on. Then that is cool but to win the battle or so on.

You have to change routines.
